Yesterday was the last day of Tareas or homework club. The school year is ending, and christmas is coming. So lots of the projects are coming to an end for this year. Once the school year starts again, the projects will start up again. During the vacation period (january and february) the kids can come to vacaciones utiles (soon more about this project)
Tareas or Homework club, is a project that is going on every school day from 3pm until 5pm. The kids of San Isidro (and surroundings) are welcomed by our volunteers.
The volunteers help with the homework. Intiwawa offers a little library and school material to finish school assignments and help with studying. After finishing homework, the kids get a healthy snack. (this made of natural products)
On fridays instead of homework, there are activities. The volunteers prepare some fun games or play sports with the kids.
